"الانسحاب الحكومة"

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

لم يكن ما أقدمت عليه الحكومة مجرد استقالة عابرة، ولا انسحاباً إدارياً محسوباً. كان اعترافاً صريحاً بالهزيمة. هزيمة أمام إدارة الأزمة، وهزيمة أمام الشعب الذي وثِق يوماً بأن هناك من يحمل المسؤولية.

تركت الحكومة البلد يغرق في تدهور سياسي وأمني لم يكن أحد يتوقعه. في الوقت الذي كان ينتظر فيه المواطنون حلولاً عملية لأزماتهم المتراكمة، جاء القرار صادماً للجميع. قرار التخلي. لم يكن انسحاباً في لحظة هدوء، بل هروباً في ذروة العاصفة.

وحتى أولئك الذين صُنِّفوا في خانة "الخونة" فإنهم خرجوا في هذا التوقيت بالذات، في خضم هذه الأزمة، وفي ظل ضغط خارجي والإستعمار برتغالي، حين كان الأجدر بهم أن يبحثوا عن حلول، وأن يتعاملوا مع الشعب بالطريقة السياسية لا بالمراوغة. لكنهم اختاروا أن يغادروا البلاد، تاركين خلفهم صدمةً للمواطنين، واستياءً يعمّ الجميع

ولم يتوقف الأمر عند حد الانسحاب. وصل الحال بهم إلى حد إخراج وحدة عسكرية من الدولة في خطوة فُسِّرت على أنها انتقام من الشعب.

سؤال لا مفر منه:

أقول لهذه الحكومة، بكل وضوح: إن كنتم غير قادرين على تحمل المسؤولية، فلماذا استمررتم طوال هذه المدة؟ لماذا قبلتم أن تحكموا، ثم هربتم حين اشتدّت الأزمة؟ المسؤولية ليست منصباً يُتلذذ به في وقت الرخاء، بل هي عبء كبير يضهر في وقت الشدة. ومن يهرب وقت الشدة، لا يحق له أن يدّعي يوماً أنه كان يحكم.

وختاما لم تكن هذه استقالة، بل اعتراف بالعجز. ولم يكن هذا انسحاباً، بل تخلياً عن الشعب في أحلك لحظاته. تركت الحكومة فراغاً سياسياً ملأه الغضب، وفراغاً أمنياً ملأته الشكوك. والتاريخ لا يرحم من هرب وقت الشدة.

يبقى سؤال واحد معلقاً في الهواء من يحمي الدولة، إذا كانت الدولة أول من ينسحب؟

What the government did was not merely a passing resignation, nor a calculated administrative withdrawal. It was a blatant admission of defeat. A defeat in managing the crisis, and a defeat in the face of the people who once trusted that someone would bear the responsibility.

The government left the country drowning in a political and security deterioration that no one expected. At a time when citizens were waiting for practical solutions to their mounting crises, the decision came as a shock to everyone. A decision of abandonment. It was not a withdrawal in a moment of calm, but an escape at the peak of the storm.

And even those who were labeled as "traitors" came out at this very moment, in the midst of this crisis, and under external pressure and Portuguese colonization, when they should have been seeking solutions and dealing with the people politically rather than with evasion. But they chose to leave the country, leaving behind shock for the citizens and widespread resentment.

And it did not stop at withdrawal. Matters reached the point where they withdrew a military unit from the state in a step that was interpreted as retaliation against the people.

An unavoidable question:

I say to this government, with all clarity: If you were incapable of bearing responsibility, then why did you continue for all this time? Why did you accept to govern, only to flee when the crisis intensified? Responsibility is not a position to be enjoyed in times of prosperity; it is a burden to be carried in times of hardship. And whoever flees in times of hardship has no right to ever claim that they were governing.

In conclusion, this was not a resignation, but an admission of helplessness. And this was not a withdrawal, but an abandonment of the people in their darkest hour. The government left behind a political vacuum filled with anger, and a security vacuum filled with doubt. And history shows no mercy to those who flee in times of hardship.

One question remains hanging in the air Who will protect the state, if the state itself is the first to withdraw?
