تأكيداً على مبدأ الشفافية، وإيماناً منا بأن المواطن الواعي هو الركيزة الأساسية لأي قوة عسكرية أو سياسية، تصدر وزارة الخارجية المصرية هذا الدليل الشامل لشرح الخريطة الجيوسياسية للعبة، وتوضيح أسباب مشاركتنا في حروب قد تبدو جغرافياً بعيدة عن حدودنا، وكيف يُدار الصراع الدولي خلف الكواليس.

أولاً: مفاهيم استراتيجية — ما هو "البروكسي" (Proxy State)؟

لكي نفهم تحركات الجيوش والحروب في اللعبة، يجب أولاً فهم مفهوم "دولة البروكسي" (الدولة الوكيلة):

البروكسي: هي دولة داخل اللعبة ليس لها مواطنون أصليون (أو قلّ فيها العنصر الوطني)، فيقوم مواطنون من دولة أخرى (الدولة الأم) بالسيطرة عليها وإدارتها بالكامل. ويكون ولاء هذه الدولة وقرارها السياسي والعسكري تابعاً بشكل مطلق للدولة الأم ولجنسية مواطنيها الأصليين.

تُستخدم دول البروكسي كخطوط دفاع متقدمة، أو كمصادر لتجميع الموارد والبونص، أو لفتح جبهات قتال جانبية لإشغال الخصوم.

ثانياً: فلسفة الحرب المصرية — ليه بنحارب بعيد؟

قد يتساءل البعض: لماذا يقاتل الجيش المصري أو يدعم دولاً خارج حدودنا المباشرة؟

تجفيف شريان التمويل: الحروب في هذه اللعبة منظومة متكاملة؛ ضرب بونص العدو في آسيا أو أفريقيا يقلل من أرباح شركاته، مما يمنعه من جمع الأموال وتوجيهها في صورة عقود "باونتي" ومكتسبات ضد مصر وحلفائها.

الضربات الاستباقية: خوض المعارك في أراضي البروكسي التابعة للخصوم يمنعهم من التمدد، ويشغلهم في معارك جانبية بعيداً عن حدودنا الوطنية.

التوازن الدولي والدبلوماسي: دعم الدول الصديقة والبروكسيات التابعة لنا ولحلفائنا يضمن لنا كتل وقوة جغرافية على الخريطة العالمية.
