Eine Analyse des Zerfalls

Man muss die Dinge nüchtern betrachten. In der Politik, wie auch im Leben, gibt es Momente, in denen das Schweigen der Vernunft durch das hysterische Geschrei der Unreife ersetzt wird. Was wir derzeit aus Paris beobachten, ist kein diplomatisches Kalkül und erst recht keine Strategie. Es ist der verzweifelte Versuch eines Akteurs, der den Anschluss an die Realität verloren hat und nun im dunklen Zimmer um sich schlägt, in der Hoffnung, irgendjemand möge das Licht anmachen.

Es ist faszinierend, mit welcher Ausdauer die französische Führung das Konzept der Souveränität missversteht. Wir in der Schweiz pflegen die Tugenden der Zurückhaltung und des Dialogs ... Werte, die in einem Umfeld, das nur noch vom unbändigen Geltungsdrang der „Grande Nation“ geprägt ist, fast schon exzentrisch wirken müssen.

Wenn man in der eigenen Innenpolitik nur noch Streiks, Pöbeleien und das rituelle Verbrennen von Reifen vorzuweisen hat, sucht man sich die Ordnung wohl dort, wo sie noch funktioniert.

Das Verhalten unserer Nachbarn gleicht derzeit einem Kleinkind, das in der Ecke tobt, weil ihm die Welt nicht die gewünschte Aufmerksamkeit schenkt. Man teilt blind in alle Richtungen aus, nur um eine Reaktion zu provozieren. England weiß das, die Deutschen wissen es, und wir Schweizer wissen es ohnehin. Vielleicht greifen die Franzosen morgen Spanien an, oder Italien oder doch die Belgier ? Dort gäbe es ja, wenn das Verhalten in Belgien so weiter geht, ohne funktionierende Regierung ja kaum Gegenwehr und sie sprechen bereits ihre Sprache: was scheinbar exakt in das französische Beuteschema passt!

Apropos Kleinkinder: Es ist ein offenes Geheimnis, dass Paris verzweifelt nach einem Nachwuchs lechzt. Während alle umliegenden Nationen es durch kluge Führung verstehen, ihre Zukunft durch Zuwachs zu sichern, herrscht in Frankreich eine bemerkenswerte Flaute. Man zündet Provokationen und Grenzkonflikte in der Hoffnung, dass die Welt endlich wieder über Frankreich spricht, um neue Bürger anzulocken.

Doch Vorsicht:

Wer selbst nicht mehr in der Lage ist, für Nachwuchs zu sorgen, sollte die moralische Überlegenheit nicht zu hoch hängen. Wenn ihr es nicht schafft, Kinder in die Welt zu setzen, könnten wir uns am Ende gezwungen sehen, das Vakuum zu füllen und uns um die „Erziehung“ eurer verbliebenen Bestände zu kümmern.

Wir Schweizer sind für unsere pädagogische Gründlichkeit bekannt und helfen euch gerne aus!

Man scheint in Paris der eigenwilligen Theorie anzuhängen, die Schweiz befinde sich nach dem Regierungswechsel in einem Zustand der Orientierungslosigkeit oder ließe sich gar von äußeren Interessen instrumentalisieren. Das ist eine Fehleinschätzung, die man sich in einer so volatilen Phase eigentlich nicht leisten sollte.

Ich mag zwar nicht mehr im Amt sein, aber ich beobachte die Amtsführung in Bern sehr genau. Es ist eine Sache, diplomatische Höflichkeit mit Schwäche zu verwechseln; es ist eine gänzlich andere, die kühle Entschlossenheit zu ignorieren, mit der der neue Schweizer Präsident @69a5e709c43cc51f30b4538d die Interessen unseres Landes nun neu definiert.

Wer glaubt, die neue Führung sei lediglich ein Echo fremder Mächte, verkennt die fundamentale Schweizer Eigenart, die dort nun wieder Einzug gehalten hat. Man sollte sich in Paris fragen, ob man die Signale aus Bern wirklich versteht – oder ob man sich, wie so oft, in den eigenen Projektionen verfängt.

Ich erinnere mich in diesem Zusammenhang an ein Telefonat mit dem französischen Ex-Präsidenten. Ich hatte ihn lediglich mit der gebotenen Höflichkeit und zeitnah über die Einleitung unserer territorialen Korrekturen informiert, woraufhin er jegliche Contenance verlor und mir entgegenschrie:

„[...]The day the Swiss will take back their country, no bullet will be needed for us to give them back their land.“

Ein großes Wort, dem jedoch – wie wir heute schmerzlich sehen – keinerlei Taten folgten. Die Souveränität ist zwar durch unsere Hand zurückgekehrt, doch das Vertrauen ist einer nüchternen Analyse gewichen. Die Realität hat das französische Pathos überholt: Entgegen Ihrer großspurigen Ankündigung, es würde kein Schuss fallen, sehen wir uns nun täglich, trotz neuer Regierung, einer französischen Aggression gegenüber, die keine Ruhe einkehren lassen will.

Frankreich hat jede moralische Integrität verspielt. Die Liste der Wortbrüche ist so lang wie peinlich: Erst bittet man die Deutschen um Hilfe gegen Italien, dann bricht man mit Deutschland wegen eines – zugegeben, typisch deutschen und schlechten Witzes und greift an, nur um sich kurz darauf mit genau jenem Italien zu verbünden, das man eben noch bekämpfen wollte. Man bricht Nichtangriffspakte, schickt Agenten verdeckt über Grenzen und versucht danach, sich durch feilschende Diskussionen über Strafsummen aus der Verantwortung zu stehlen. Ein Bruch bleibt ein Bruch, und das beobachten auch umstehende Regierungen und wundern sich über die einstige Integrität Frankreichs.

Besonders grotesk wird es, wenn man die Taktik Ihres sogenannten „Kampfmittelexperten“ @6813b758efecdf9bab195068 betrachtet, der am 01.04.2026 aus purer Angst vor einer deutschen Reaktion auf die französichen Provokationen das eigene Land mit geächteten Substanzen vergiftete. Wer das eigene Nest beschmutzt und sich faktisch selbst von der Weltkarte tilgt, um sich vor Schatten zu verstecken, hat jeden Anspruch auf Führung verloren. Wer dann noch andere bezichtigt, „mit Messern zur Schießerei“ zu erscheinen – nur weil man die technologische Überlegenheit der deutschen Infrastruktur und Metallverarbeitung nicht begreift und sie als unfaire kampfmaßnahmen umdeuten will – der hat den Boden der Tatsachen endgültig verlassen.

Fazit

Es ist bequem, mit dem Finger auf andere zu zeigen. Doch man sollte nicht vergessen, dass dabei drei Finger der eigenen Hand auf einen selbst zurückdeuten. Die französische Diplomatie ist derzeit ein Trümmerhaufen aus gebrochenen Versprechen und hysterischen Kurzschlusshandlungen.

An Analysis of Decay

One must look at things soberly. In politics, as in life, there are moments when the silence of reason is replaced by the hysterical screaming of immaturity. What we are currently observing from Paris is not diplomatic calculus, and certainly not strategy. It is the desperate attempt of an actor who has lost touch with reality and is now flailing around in a dark room, hoping that someone might turn on the light.

It is fascinating with what persistence the French leadership misunderstands the concept of sovereignty. We in Switzerland cultivate the virtues of restraint and dialogue... values that must seem almost eccentric in an environment characterized solely by the irrepressible craving for recognition of the "Grande Nation."

When your own domestic policy consists of nothing but strikes, thuggery, and the ritual burning of tires, you apparently look for order where it still functions.

The behavior of our neighbors currently resembles a toddler throwing a tantrum in the corner because the world isn't giving it the desired attention. They lash out blindly in all directions just to provoke a reaction. England knows it, the Germans know it, and we Swiss know it anyway. Perhaps the French will attack Spain tomorrow, or Italy, or the Belgians? Given the current state of affairs in Belgium; lacking a functioning government 3 minutes after Electing a new President, there would be hardly any resistance, and they already speak the language: which apparently fits the French prey scheme perfectly!

Speaking of toddlers: It is an open secret that Paris is desperately yearning for offspring. While all surrounding nations understand how to secure their future through growth via wise leadership, France is experiencing a remarkable lull. They ignite provocations and border conflicts in the hope that the world will finally talk about France again to attract new citizens.

But beware:

Those who are no longer able to provide for their own offspring should not hang their moral superiority too high. If you cannot manage to bring children into the world, we might ultimately feel forced to fill the vacuum and take care of the "upbringing" of your remaining stock.

We Swiss are known for our pedagogical thoroughness and are happy to help you out!

In Paris, they seem to adhere to the quirky theory that Switzerland is in a state of disorientation following the change of government or could even be instrumentalized by external interests. That is a misjudgment one cannot afford in such a volatile phase.

I may no longer be in office, but I observe the conduct of office in Bern very closely. It is one thing to mistake diplomatic courtesy for weakness; it is an entirely different thing to ignore the cool determination with which the new Swiss President@69a5e709c43cc51f30b4538d is now redefining our country's best interests.

Anyone who believes the new leadership is merely an echo of foreign powers fails to recognize the fundamental Swiss character that has now returned there. Paris should ask itself whether it truly understands the signals from Bern or whether, as so often, it is caught up in its own projections.

Grand words which—as we painfully see today—were followed by no action whatsoever. Sovereignty has returned through our hands, but trust has given way to a sober analysis. Reality has overtaken French pathos: contrary to your boastful announcement that not a shot would be fired, we now face daily French aggression, despite a new government, that refuses to let peace settle in.

France has gambled away every ounce of moral integrity. The list of broken promises is as long as it is embarrassing: first, they ask the Germans for help against Italy, then they break with Germany over an - admittedly typically German and bad - joke and attack, only to ally themselves shortly thereafter with the very Italy they were just fighting. They break non-aggression pacts, send agents covertly across borders, and then try to haggle their way out of responsibility through discussions over penalty payments. A breach remains a breach, and surrounding governments are watching, wondering what happened to France's former integrity.

It becomes particularly grotesque when looking at the tactics of your so-called "explosives expert" @6813b758efecdf9bab195068 who on April 1, 2026, out of pure fear of a German reaction to French provocations, poisoned his own country with banned substances. Those who foul their own nest and effectively erase themselves from the world map to hide from shadows have lost any claim to leadership. And those who then accuse others of "bringing a knife to a gunfight" simply because they do not grasp the technological superiority of German infrastructure and metalworking and want to reinterpret it as unfair combat measures have finally lost all touch with reality.

Conclusion

It is easy to point fingers at others. But one should not forget that in doing so, three fingers of one's own hand point back at oneself. French diplomacy is currently a pile of rubble made of broken promises and hysterical short-circuit actions.

On doit les choses sobrement regarder. Dans la politique, comme aussi dans la vie, il y a moments, dans lesquels le silence de la raison par le hystérique cri de la immaturité est remplacé. Qu’est-ce que nous actuellement de Paris observons, est pas diplomatique calcul et déjà pas une stratégie. C’est la désespérée tentative d'un acteur, qui le raccord à la réalité perdu a et maintenant dans la sombre chambre autour de soi frappe, dans la espoir, quelqu’un puisse la lumière allumer.

C’est fascinant, avec quelle endurance la française direction le concept de la souveraineté comprend mal. Nous en Suisse cultivons les vertus de la retenue et du dialogue... des valeurs, qui dans un environnement, qui seulement encore par le indomptable besoin de reconnaissance de la « Grande Nation » marqué est, presque déjà excentrique paraître doivent.

Si on dans la propre intérieure politique seulement encore grèves, insultes et le rituel brûlage de pneus à montrer a, on cherche l’ordre probablement là, où elle encore fonctionne.

Le comportement de nos voisins ressemble actuellement un petit enfant, qui dans le coin tempête, parce que lui le monde pas la désirée attention donne. Un grand mot, lequel pourtant – comme nous aujourd’hui douloureusement voyons – aucunes actions suivirent. La souveraineté est certes par notre main revenue, pourtant le confiance est une sobre analyse cédée. La réalité a le français pathos dépassé : contre votre grandiose annonce, il ne tomberait pas de coup, voyons nous nous maintenant journellement, malgré nouveau gouvernement, une française agression vis-à-vis, qui nulle tranquillité entrer laisser veut.

France a toute morale intégrité gaspillé. La liste des ruptures de mots est si longue que pénible : d'abord on prie les Allemands pour aide contre Italie, alors on rompt avec Allemagne à cause d'une – avoué, typique allemande et mauvaise blague et attaque, seulement pour se court après avec exactement cette Italie allier, que on juste encore combattre voulait. On rompt non-agression-pactes, envoie agents couverts sur frontières et essaye après, se par marchandant discussions sur punition-sommes de la responsabilité voler. Une rupture reste une rupture, et ça observent aussi environnants gouvernements et s'étonnent sur la ancienne intégrité de France.
