Hello War Era friends! How are you all doing?

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS

Below is the chart showing the most profitable products at this moment. This chart is essential for determining the maximum salary that can be paid to an employee without operating at a loss. It also reflects the actual profitability of each product, making it a key tool for evaluating the profitability of your production.

Remember that this is just a “snapshot” of the current market. In a few hours, some products may rise or fall due to production bonuses or price changes.

Bar chart!!

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES

Starting today, I'll also begin tracking the regions with the highest profitability along with their corresponding tax rates. Using the first chart, which shows the recommended maximum salaries, I'll calculate the employee's net income after taxes.

This information will be useful for both employees and employers. Employees will be able to identify where they can earn the highest net salary, while employers will be able to evaluate how difficult it may be to hire workers based on the salary competition in each region.

It is not necessary to establish your company in the region with the highest profitability. Any region within the same country will provide the same result, as long as it shares the same production bonus.

Things worth highlighting today:

WHAT A MESS!

I can't understand how the Minister of Economy of https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1612,https://app.warera.io/user/696b6f3c1ad8ef42014027da , allowed a 45% tax rate. With that tax burden, steel drops from 6th place to the very bottom of the rankings, completely losing its appeal as a product to manufacture in that country. What a shame.

Another noteworthy point is the drop in production bonuses for most of the materials that usually dominate the rankings. This allowed cooked fish to claim the top spot in profitability.

That’s all for now. If you have any ideas or opinions, leave them in the comments.

Greetings,
