Hello, War Era friends! Milanesa sends his regards!

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS
Products with the highest profitability

Below, you will find the chart showing the products that currently offer the highest profitability.

This information allows you to:
• Define the maximum salary: calculate how much you can pay an employee without the company operating at a loss.
• Measure actual profitability: compare the current performance of each product.
• Evaluate profitability: identify which options are the most advantageous for production.

Overall, the chart serves as a key reference for making salary and production decisions.

Remember that this is a "snapshot" of the current market. In a few hours, a product's profitability may increase or decrease due to a production bonus or a price change.

It is not necessary to establish the company in the region with the highest profitability. Any region within the same country will provide the same result, as long as it has the same production bonus.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES
Net Salary Calculation

Using the first chart, which shows the recommended maximum salaries, I will calculate the net income each employee receives after taxes.

What is this information useful for?

This data will be useful for both sides:
• Employees: they will be able to identify which regions offer them a better net salary.
• Employers: they will be able to estimate how difficult it will be to hire staff based on salary competition in each region.

Things worth highlighting today:

Fish remains at the top of the ranking, holding on to first place despite the recent market movements.

Meanwhile, oil experienced a correction in its market price, causing it to drop to fifth place. Ammunition recorded the most significant movement: following a 15% reduction in its production bonus, its relative profitability deteriorated considerably, causing it to fall from fourth to twelfth place.

The rest of the ranking remains relatively stable, with no significant changes compared to the previous day.

MilaTip:

One day I'll explain the reasoning behind it in detail, but in terms of profitability, it is much more efficient to assign employees to raw materials before assigning them to finished products.

My recommendation is not to start hiring employees for finished products until you have at least three employees working on the raw materials required for their production. This way, you prioritize optimizing the production chain from its source.
