Hello, War Era friends! Milanesa sends his regards!

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS
Products with the highest profitability

Below, you will find the chart showing the products that currently offer the highest profitability.

This information allows you to:
• Define the maximum salary: calculate how much you can pay an employee without the company operating at a loss.
• Measure actual profitability: compare the current performance of each product.
• Evaluate profitability: identify which options are the most advantageous for production.

Overall, the chart serves as a key reference for making salary and production decisions.

Remember that this is a "snapshot" of the current market. In a few hours, a product's profitability may increase or decrease due to a production bonus or a price change.

It is not necessary to establish the company in the region with the highest profitability. Any region within the same country will provide the same result, as long as it has the same production bonus.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES
Net Salary Calculation

Using the first chart, which shows the recommended maximum salaries, I will calculate the net income each employee receives after taxes.

What is this information useful for?

This data will be useful for both sides:
• Employees: they will be able to identify which regions offer them a better net salary.
• Employers: they will be able to estimate how difficult it will be to hire staff based on salary competition in each region.

Things worth highlighting today:

Wood lost its competitiveness after the high production bonus in https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f2e expired, causing it to drop from third to twelfth place in the ranking.

Meanwhile, fish returned to the podium after regaining its production bonus in Iceland, improving its relative profitability.

As a result, the podium is now as follows:
🥇 Oil (https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1606)
🥈 Fish (https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15c5)
🥉 Fuel (https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5ee9)

Another noteworthy development today can be seen in the iron labor market. Although https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac82f has a 61% production bonus, its 10% tax reduces the competitiveness of the net salaries offered to employees.

In contrast, https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1609 with a 60% production bonus and a 5% tax, can offer more competitive net salaries under equivalent hiring conditions. This demonstrates that when evaluating labor profitability, comparing production bonuses alone is not enough: the tax burden also affects the compensation employees ultimately receive.

MilaTip:
Company Relocation: Stability and Exceptions

When relocating a company, always keep the development of wars in mind.

General recommendation: establish it in core territory, as it offers greater stability.

Exception: consider a region outside the core only when its production bonus is attractive enough to justify the relocation.
