Hello, War Era friends! Milanesa sends his regards!
INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS
Products with the highest profitability
Below, you will find the chart showing the products that currently offer the highest profitability.
This information allows you to:
• Define the maximum salary: calculate how much you can pay an employee without the company operating at a loss.
• Measure actual profitability: compare the current performance of each product.
• Evaluate profitability: identify which options are the most advantageous for production.
Overall, the chart serves as a key reference for making salary and production decisions.

Remember that this is a "snapshot" of the current market. In a few hours, a product's profitability may increase or decrease due to a production bonus or a price change.
It is not necessary to establish the company in the region with the highest profitability. Any region within the same country will provide the same result, as long as it has the same production bonus.

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYEES
Net Salary Calculation
Using the first chart, which shows the recommended maximum salaries, I will calculate the net income each employee receives after taxes.

What is this information useful for?
This data will be useful for both sides:
• Employees: they will be able to identify which regions offer them a better net salary.
• Employers: they will be able to estimate how difficult it will be to hire staff based on salary competition in each region.
Things worth highlighting today:
I managed to fix my Python code. I had a conflict with the API token, among other things.
Since the last article, iron and stone have returned to more reasonable price levels, dropping out of the Top 3. The new mechanic introduced in the latest patch has generated additional demand for oil and fuel, putting upward pressure on their prices. On top of that, both products currently have relatively attractive production bonuses, allowing them to rank among the Top 3.
The main question now is whether this level of demand will be sustainable over time. If the new mechanic maintains high demand and supply fails to keep up, they could remain among the products with the highest profitability. Otherwise, increased production or a normalization of demand could bring their prices back down to more moderate levels.
Will they remain in the Top 3 over the next few days, or are we seeing a temporary effect caused by the new mechanic?
MilaTip:
Company Relocation: Stability and Exceptions
When relocating a company, always keep the development of wars in mind.
General recommendation: establish it in core territory, as it offers greater stability.
Exception: consider a region outside the core only when its production bonus is attractive enough to justify the relocation.
