Dear fellow journalists,
Today, I come to you to ask for your support in improving our work and bringing new benefits to the entire WarEra community.
Currently, when we publish the articles we create with so much care for our readers, we only have one option: publishing them INTERNATIONALLY.
Because of this, I created a suggestion on the official Discord, and I would really appreciate your support if you agree with the idea so that it can gain enough visibility to reach the developers.
What I am proposing is the addition of several features:
Audience Options:
This would allow us to decide who our article is intended for: the general public, exclusively our own nation, a specific alliance, or even selected individual countries.
A Search Bar:
This would allow us to find those hidden gems we have read in the past simply by searching for their title.
As you can see, these are not major changes. Instead, they are features focused on improving journalism and expanding its role within the game.
Many players currently cannot fully express themselves through articles because of the existing limitations. For example, during electoral campaigns, you cannot openly publish internal plans or strategies because the entire international community would immediately have access to them. In practice, this means giving away private information for free.
I hope that, if these improvements are implemented, they could create entirely new opportunities for roleplay.
We could have truly national newspapers, alliance-only publications, internal political journalism, or even simulate the distribution of laws, government documents, official announcements, and other internal communications within a country or alliance.
Everyone is welcome to contribute new ideas or help refine this suggestion. The important thing is to work together so that it has a better chance of being approved!
