A New Dawn for the Continent: The Foundation of the Sovereign African States (SAS) 🇲🇷🌍

To the Sovereigns, the Leaders, and the People of Africa,

The pages of history are turning, but the ink is currently being spilled in

chaos and division. We have witnessed the decline of the old African Union, an

organization that has lost the luster of its former glory, becoming a shadow of

what it was meant to be. Today, Africa is at a crossroads: between the crumbling

walls of failing unions and the rising tide of new blocs that seek only to

reward numbers and military damage, silencing the voices of those they deem

"small."

Mauritania refuses to stay silent. As the 14th wealthiest nation globally, we

believe that true power is not measured by the number of soldiers, but by the

strength of a nation's sovereignty and the prosperity of its people.

Today, we officially announce the call for a new era: The Sovereign African

States (SAS).

A Sanctuary for Independence

We address every African nation: whether you are a powerhouse, a smaller state,

or a nation currently acting as a "proxy" but yearning to fly your own flag

within your own borders—the SAS is your home. We do not seek to be an empire. We

seek to be a Shield.

The SAS is founded on a revolutionary principle in this world: True Equity. No

matter how strong or weak you are militarily, your voice at our table will have

the same weight as any other.

The Pillars of the SAS Constitution:

• One Nation, One Vote: We reject weighted voting. Every member state has

exactly one vote. Decisions are made by a 50% majority to ensure progress

without oppression.

• Non-Occupation Guarantee: SAS members commit to the sacred principle of

never invading another member. We are brothers, not conquerors.

• Continental Shield: Our alliance exists to protect Africa from non-African

intervention. We defend each other against external threats to ensure the

continent remains in African hands.

• Elite Defense (QRF): A professional force of Level 30+ veterans ready to

deploy and protect any member under attack.

An Invitation to the Future

Do not let your flag be a mere decoration in the palace of a larger power. Do

not let your wealth be redistributed to fuel wars that are not yours. Join a

bloc where you are a partner, not a puppet.

We invite all African leaders who believe in sovereignty and stability to

contact the Government of Mauritania. Let us draft the future of a free Africa

together.
