Following the resignation of President https://app.warera.io/user/6813b764efecdf9bab195b66 , whose tenure leaves behind a period of internal stability and effort recognized across the community, Serbia now stands on the edge of a new political cycle.
With elections scheduled for tomorrow, the likely successor is a leader many already know: https://app.warera.io/user/687c0238629a46d7c095e9bb, the president who once guided Serbia during an earlier phase of its development.
His return is not framed as a reset, but as a continuation, one that aims to refine, reorganize, and strengthen what already exists.
As part of this transition, I have been asked to step into the role of Vice President, working alongside Ljuba to support coordination, internal structure, external communication, and the strategic direction of state messaging.
A Structured Vision for Growth
Ljuba’s approach is built around a clear internal philosophy: combine experience with emerging potential, and distribute responsibility in a way that matches the scale of the modern game.
Rather than concentrating power narrowly, the plan emphasizes broader inclusion. Veteran players are expected to work alongside newer members who show initiative, creating a layered structure where knowledge is transferred rather than hoarded.
Operationally, Serbia would move toward a more segmented system, with responsibilities organized across continents. This is intended to improve response time, coordination, and strategic coverage in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
At the core of government each role would carry a defined focus ranging from tactical execution and alliance communication to direct coordination with military units. Importantly, military commanders are not meant to operate in isolation, but remain integrated into national planning.
Reinforcing Institutions Beyond the Presidency
A notable shift in this vision is the expanded role of Congress.
Rather than serving as a passive body, Congress would be tasked with actively engaging new players and maintaining communication across other Discord servers, independently of traditional embassy channels.
This reflects a broader understanding that influence in WarEra is no longer limited to borders, but extends into networks, relationships, and presence beyond the immediate map.
This institutional rebalancing enables Serbia that is not only organized internally, but also outward-facing in a more dynamic and flexible way.
