Cape Verde Development Alliance was not created to preserve the old system.

For too long, Cape Verde politics has revolved around closed circles, personal influence, and blocking newcomers instead of building a stronger future. The result was predictable: low activity, weak political participation, and a country treated like private property instead of a developing nation.

CVDA represents a different direction.

Our identity is built on five principles:

• OPEN PARTICIPATION — politics should not belong to a small elite. New players, new voices, and new ideas are essential for national growth.

• DEVELOPMENT FIRST — economic activity, companies, infrastructure, and recruitment matter more than empty propaganda wars.

• MODERN ORGANIZATION — active congress members, coordinated political action, and long-term planning instead of chaos.

• NATIONAL STABILITY — a stable and growing Cape Verde attracts investment, population, and influence.

• FUTURE GENERATIONS — we are not building for one election cycle. We are building a lasting political movement.

The old politics survives by fear:

fear of outsiders, fear of change, fear of competition.

We reject that mentality completely.

Cape Verde should become one of the most active and organized countries in the region — not a forgotten territory controlled by gatekeepers who reject every new opportunity.

This is no longer just a party.

It is a political rebranding of Cape Verde itself.
