Over 2 days of gameplay it has become apparent that WarEra has a largely passive playstyle where growth is mostly time-parallel. Most progression comes from waiting for skill bars and production queues to fill up, collecting the rewards, clicking a few buttons and then logging off until the next cycle. That said, there are still some active ways players try to get ahead and generate extra income through market activity.
Buying low, selling high / forcing people to place competitively priced goods through your own abundant supply – This can happen unconsciously as well since many players simply match the current market price or undercut existing listings to make a sale. These lower-priced goods can then be bought and resold for a profit.
example look at #3:

Market Cornering – Players buy up a large portion or even all of the available supply of a commodity and relist it at a higher price. By reducing the available supply they can temporarily push prices higher and profit from buyers who need the item immediately,
example: just look at equipment section in market smh smh
