The attack in the Bulgarian capital, the Sofia and Plovdiv region, once again highlights your aggressive tendencies. Months ago, your conduct at the negotiating table, was disappointing, to say the least. It appears that, months later, you remain unyielding in your actions. I wish to inform you that I condemn your actions and are now close to irreparably damage our relations from my perspective.
I note at this point that, through our cooperation, we could have achieved common goals months ago, but you are pursuing an aggressive and confrontational approach. Doors are still open at the Serbian Embassy in Greece.
I will urge you one last time to reach out. This will be the last time offering this opportunity. If Greek territory to be threatened in any way, this window of opportunity will close permanently.
