Hi eco players of War Era,

In case you missed our last summary from two days ago, you can catch up here: https://app.warera.io/article/6a610f8d122aae7123af2320

I hope you are doing fine. Here is your summary of profitability and wage updates:

Figure 1: Product Profitability Ranking, sorted by peak Profit per PP (UTC)

Chile shifted its national specialisation from Bread to Ammo, triggering a massive surge in the industry’s profitability. Driven by Chile’s new 50.50% production bonus, the Ammo industry made an incredible leap from No.7 straight to No.1 (+6 spots), reaching the highest global profit margin on the board at 0.138 BTC per PP. For company owners running automated AE setups, now is the ideal time to stockpile ammunition inventory.

On a side note, Petroleum in Spain and Light Ammo in Malaysia/Ecuador executed impressive comebacks. Powered by Spain's 55% production bonus and Malaysia/Ecuador’s stable 40% bonus, both sectors climbed +8 positions to No.9 and No.10 respectively.

Top Six Products in Profit/pp (Passive AE Income/New Hire Starting Wages)

For corporate owners running low-maintenance setups with zero manual workers, or those looking to calculate the best gross break-even baselines for new hires, these are today's premier options:

  1. Ammo (Chile): 0.138 BTC/pp

  2. Fish (Greenland/Iceland): 0.134 BTC/pp

  3. Oil (Venezuela): 0.134 BTC/pp

  4. Steak (Cameroon): 0.132 BTC/pp

  5. Steel (Serbia): 0.130 BTC/pp

  6. Lead (Namibia): 0.130 BTC/pp

Figure 2: Regional Wage Ranking, sorted by Top Net Wages (>= 0.120 BTC/pp)

Following their specialisation shift, Chile has taken over as the global leader in offerable net wages for Ammo at 0.138 BTC/pp. Even with an 8.0% national income tax rate, the sheer volume of their 50.50% production bonus allows employers to offer unmatched take-home pay.

Top Six Countries or Regions in Net Wages

For employers who want to retain full fidelity workers by providing premium net wages while safeguarding their profit margins, or for employees looking to scout a more well-paying industry, these are today's premier operational hubs:

  1. Ammo (Chile): 0.138 BTC/pp

  2. Oil (Venezuela): 0.135 BTC/pp

  3. Light Ammo (Ecuador): 0.134 BTC/pp (Lower 2.5% tax rate)

  4. Paper (Mexico): 0.133 BTC/pp

  5. Wood (Honduras): 0.132 BTC/pp

  6. Grain (Western Costa Rica, Costa Rica): 0.132 BTC/pp (Deposit has 2 days 1 hour remaining)

Quick Guide: How to Read the Metrics

(For a deeper dive, check out my previous comprehensive guide https://app.warera.io/article/6a2dbfa8bf1497024a04a6a4.)

1. Profit per PP (/Top Hiring Wages): Dictates your raw margin when utilising Automated Engines (AE) without workers. Higher on the list = better passive returns.

2. Top Gross Wages (Full Fidelity): The break-even ceiling for full-fidelity workers (stayed for 10+ days). Use this to progressively scale up your new hire wages to maximise employee retention.

3. Top Net Wages (Full Fidelity)

  • For Bosses: The absolute maximum net wage you can offer without running a deficit. Excellent for scouting company relocation regions.

  • For Workers: A benchmark to check if your current employer is paying you fairly, or if it's time to switch sectors.

Reminder: Both Figure 1 and Figure 2 are real-time market snapshots, which uses the current market average price. Because the game economy fluctuates constantly, these numbers will continue to shift.
