Hi eco players of War Era,

In case you missed our last summary from three days ago, you can catch up here: https://app.warera.io/article/6a5d303c4afae2732e771489

I hope you are having fun from yesterday’s country tournament. Here is your summary of profitability and wage updates:

Figure 1: Product Profitability Ranking, sorted by peak Profit per PP (UTC)

The Oil industry in Venezuela has taken the lead as the single most profitable commodity to produce on the map right now, powered by a strong 45.75% production bonus. Meanwhile, Steak in Cameroon remains exceptionally lucrative, driven by high global demand alongside elevated national income tax frameworks that compress worker margins in favour of AE production returns.

In a remarkable market movement, Bread spiked from rank 18 all the way up to rank 14 in product profitability. This sudden upward surge was made possible by newly acquired Strategic Resources from Chile.

Top Five Products in Profit/pp (Passive AE Income/New Hire Starting Wages)

For corporate owners running low-maintenance setups with zero manual workers, or those looking to calculate the best gross break-even baselines for new hires, these are today's premier options:

  1. Oil (Venezuela): 0.132 BTC/pp

  2. Steak (Cameroon): 0.131 BTC/pp

  3. Paper (Mexico): 0.130 BTC/pp

  4. Fish (Greenland/Iceland): 0.130 BTC/pp

  5. Mysterious Plant (Zambia/Eswatini/Nicaragua): 0.129 BTC/pp

Figure 2: Regional Wage Ranking, sorted by Top Net Wages (>= 0.120 BTC/pp)

Paper in Mexico stands out as today's undisputed best industry-country combination for employers. It allows company owners to offer elite net wages of 0.134 BTC/pp while maintaining substantial corporate profit margins. Second to Mexico is Oil in Venezuela, which offers an outstanding 0.133 BTC/pp net wage ceiling backed by its high production bonus.

Notably, despite holding a modest 20% production bonus and lower raw profitability for automated AE setups, Bread industry is surprisingly attractive for active worker hiring. Thanks to Chile's low 4% taxation rate, employers can offer an impressive 0.130 BTC/pp net wage ceiling to attract and retain full-fidelity workforces without running a deficit.

Top Five Countries or Regions in Net Wages

For employers who want to retain full-fidelity workers by providing premium net wages while safeguarding their profit margins, or for employees looking to scout a more well-paying industry, these are today's premier operational hubs:

  1. Paper (Mexico): 0.134 BTC/pp

  2. Oil (Venezuela): 0.133 BTC/pp

  3. Mysterious Plant (Eastern Nicaragua, Nicaragua): 0.132 BTC/pp (Deposit has 1 day 17 hours remaining)

  4. Livestock (Ticons Grisons, Switzerland): 0.131 BTC/pp (Aided by an ultra-low 1% income tax rate; Deposit has 4 days 6 hours remaining)

  5. Wood (Honduras): 0.131 BTC/pp

Quick Guide: How to Read the Metrics

(For a deeper dive, check out my previous comprehensive guide https://app.warera.io/article/6a2dbfa8bf1497024a04a6a4.)

1. Profit per PP (/Top Hiring Wages): Dictates your raw margin when utilising Automated Engines (AE) without workers. Higher on the list = better passive returns.

2. Top Gross Wages (Full Fidelity): The break-even ceiling for full-fidelity workers (stayed for 10+ days). Use this to progressively scale up your new hire wages to maximise employee retention.

3. Top Net Wages (Full Fidelity)

  • For Bosses: The absolute maximum net wage you can offer without running a deficit. Excellent for scouting company relocation regions.

  • For Workers: A benchmark to check if your current employer is paying you fairly, or if it's time to switch sectors.

Reminder: Both Figure 1 and Figure 2 are real-time market snapshots, which uses the current market average price. Because the game economy fluctuates constantly, these numbers will continue to shift.
