And yet again a suspicious new spawn to steal a state

Hello there! Recently we've noticed that someone has been having fun spawning accounts in my MU's friends in Tajikistan, magically all brought to lvl 20 and just used to vote to win the presidential elections.
Something similar happened to the state i'm currently in (Mauretania) but despite having opened a ticket 20 days ago I didn't recieve an answer yet.
So as last resort I'm publishing my first article to ask for some help to get noticed by someone who can check those accounts. (thank you :3 )
It get very frustrating when despite tickets and reports we can do little against people who break the rules.

Here you go the mr acc number 1

Number 2

aaand drum rolls the lvl 20 army

and they came back on today to vote for the first time after being practically afk after reaching lvl 20.

If you'd like to check the list by yourself.
