Issues regarding OTP (One-Time-Password)
We are aware that some users are currently unable to access WarEra because their verification code is not arriving by email.
We are actively investigating the issue and will post an update on Discord once it is resolved. Please note that the root cause is not entirely on our end.
We kindly ask community leaders to share this notice in their own Discord servers and forums, so affected members can find the workaround below.
How to access Warera without the code
WarEra links your account to the email address registered on your Discord profile. If that email matches your WarEra login email, you can sign in directly through Discord instead of waiting for the code.
If your WarEra login email is different from your Discord email, create a Discord account using that same email and log in through it.
I'll be monitoring the tickets during the day regarding this issue.
Regarding the Philippines
We have been informed that Discord was recently blocked nationwide in the Philippines following a recent tragedy.
If you are affected by this blockage and need to change the email linked to your account away from Discord, please email contact@warera.io with the subject line "Philippines" and your request will be handled as a priority.
