Are the Rules Applied Equally to Everyone?

Within a short period of time, the former President of Iraq https://app.warera.io/user/6927509f92948e91cbdb9836 has received multiple punishments for violating the in-game chat rules. However, what is surprising is that these punishments keep being removed shortly after they are issued.

1-He was muted for one week after insulting Syrians and bringing up past massacres that resulted in the deaths of many innocent people. After he was reported and punished, his mute was removed just a few hours later by one of the administrators.

2-He was muted again for one week due to insults and abusive behavior in the chat. However, this punishment was also removed after approximately 16 hours. We do not know which administrator removed it.

3-He has now been muted for two weeks for continuing to insult and abuse other players in the chat. We do not know whether this mute will also be removed within the next few hours or days, just like the previous two.

We are not here to attack the game's administration, but there is something that appears unfair. If a player breaks the rules and is punished accordingly, why is the punishment removed before it expires? What is the purpose of enforcing the rules if the penalties are lifted in this way?

We are not accusing anyone. We are simply asking for transparency and fairness in applying the rules equally to everyone without exception. If a player deserves a punishment under the rules, then that punishment should remain in effect until it has been fully served.

Finally, we would like to thank all the administrators who work hard to help the community. However, we sincerely hope this issue will be taken seriously, because repeatedly removing these punishments only encourages further insults and abusive behavior, ultimately harming the game's community.

Thank you.
