Non-Aggression Pact (NAP): Malaysia & Indonesia
This agreement establishes a formal truce between Malaysia and Indonesia to ensure mutual security and regional peace within SEA.
1. Combat & Confrontation
Direct: Both countries are strictly forbidden from attacking one another directly. Any violation incurs a fine of 1 Gold per 1,000 damage.
Non-Direct confrontations: In indirect battles against any of the two countries, a maximum of 250,000 damage is allowed. The fine of 1 Gold per 1,000 damage will only be enforced after this cap is exceeded.
2. Alliance Obligations (AF)
Defensive Support: Malaysia maintains its defensive commitments to the Asian Federation (AF). If Indonesia attacks an AF member's cores (e.g., Timor), Malaysia reserves the right to defend that member.
Non-Offensive Support: If an AF member attacks an Indonesian core province, Malaysia will not assist or participate in that offensive.
3. Financial Neutrality
No Aid: Neither country will provide financial aid to any third party currently attacking the other.
No Proxies: This includes "indirect" funding (e.g., sending money through a middleman country to fund an attack on the other party).
4. Duration
This pact is valid for 30 days effective from the date of publication.
