Attack build vs Eco build, which one actually wins

ok real talk everyone asks this in chat every single day so let me just lay it out

skill points are PERMANENT. total cost to max literally everything is 715 points and nobody's ever gonna have that many. so you have to pick a lane early, attack + precision first if you're going combat, or production + entrepreneurship if you're going eco. mixing both without a plan is how you end up mid at everything

for combat: attack is your base damage per hit, scales from 100 to 300 across the levels. precision is basically your hit rate, once you hit 100% precision anything extra just converts into flat attack instead so it's never wasted. crit chance and crit damage come later (lvl 5 and 10) and stack on top once you're already landing hits consistently. armor and dodge matter too but honestly most people sleep on them till late game

for eco: entrepreneurship and production points are what actually pay you every day. more companies = more passive income running while you're offline. this is the boring build but it's the one that actually makes you rich long term

here's the thing nobody says out loud tho — during peacetime eco is basically always correct. no point stacking attack if there's nobody to hit. but the second a war kicks off, pure eco players get exposed hard, all that gold and no way to defend it. eco earns the nation's wealth, combat protects it, you kinda need both existing in your country even if you personally only run one

also PILLS. +80% damage buff for 8 hours then it debuffs you -60% for the next 16 hours after. huge if you time it right before a big push, actively bad if you pop it and then go afk

my honest take: new players should go eco first few weeks to build a gold cushion, get your companies up, THEN start dumping points into attack once you've got money to actually gear up and buy ammo. going full combat broke is just donating health for nothing

anyone actually running a hybrid build successfully or is that a trap
