The new Tournaments marked an important milestone with the release of version 0.20.0, introducing a new competitive dynamic to the game.

Tournament Experience & Feedback

Overall, the tournament was a very positive experience for our members.

That said, we believe the system has room for improvement.

In a geopolitical game, tournaments would benefit from having:

  • Separate energy and hunger pools, exclusive to tournaments

  • A dedicated “Tournament Mode”, instead of consuming regular national energy

This would allow players to:

  • Engage more actively in tournaments

  • Maintain readiness to defend their country simultaneously

  • Create a more dynamic and competitive environment

  • Quarter Finals: 3 Red Cases

  • Semi Finals: 5 Red Cases + 3 Production Points (1 week)

  • Finals: 10 Red Cases + 6 Production Points (1 week)

Total:

  • 18 Red Cases

  • Total case value: ≈ 450 BTC

Additionally:

  • +50 BTC from the tournament badge reward
