Being a Pakistani in War Era is not easy. I never think the biggest enemy will be our own people.

I try many times to make Pakistan better in this game. I make plans, I spend my time, and I try to bring people together. But every time, instead of support, I get negative comments from our own Pakistani players, especially some old players. They don't try to understand your vision. They just say it will never work. Slowly they kill your motivation.

Now I fully understand why Pakistan is not even on the map anymore. It is not only because of other countries. It is because we don't support each other. We are always busy pulling each other down instead of helping each other move forward.

I know Pakistan already suffered a lot. I also know the history. Pakistan became victim of proxy wars and many wrong decisions. The past cannot be changed. But if we keep blaming the past forever, then our future will also never change.

The biggest problem is not lack of players. The biggest problem is mindset.

Today, people make a Discord server, invite everyone, and then disappear. They call it a community, but a real community is not just one Discord server. A real community means active people, communication, respect, planning, and working together for one goal.

This is what I want to change.

Maybe I am only one player today, but every big change starts with one person who refuses to give up. I believe Pakistan can become one of the strongest alliances on the server again. Not because we have the most players, but because we can become the most united.

I know many people will laugh at me. Some will say it is impossible. Some will try to stop me before I even start. That is okay. I don't need everyone to believe in me today. One day, my work will speak louder than my words.

I promise I will show everyone that Pakistan can rise again with good leadership, better planning, and teamwork. I don't want to become just another leader. I want to build a family where every player feels important and every opinion has value.

So, if you are reading this, wherever you are from, and especially if you are Pakistani, I ask for your support. Stand with me. Let's stop fighting each other and start building something that future Pakistani players will be proud of.

Together we can make Pakistan respected again.
