Belgian Government Introduces Mandatory Voluntary Donations

Belgian authorities continue their highly successful rural economic recovery program.

Under the leadership of President LouisG-Boulanger and his trusted right-hand man Babu, armed collection teams visited struggling villages to secure additional “voluntary contributions” for the national war effort.

Witnesses report that several impoverished Smurfs immediately agreed to donate their final coins after the policy was carefully explained to them by heavily armed officials.

“Nobody is suffering more than the state right now,” Babu stated while confiscating a family’s soup bowl.

Government representatives confirmed that all collected funds will go directly toward vital national interests, including military expansion, ceremonial uniforms, and larger presidential portraits.
