I recently started playing WarEra and quickly realized how deep the game actually is. While recruiting new players, especially for Belgium, I noticed that many people quit very early simply because the beginning can feel overwhelming and it is not always clear what you have to do and what the best path is.
There are already many excellent guides written by the community, but they are spread across different articles and tools.
So I decided to collect some of the most useful guides and resources in one place, especially for players who want to progress efficiently during the early levels.

It's the only way to level up
The Most Important One: The Perfect Economic Guide

If you follow only one guide, follow this one.
For the first 20 levels your entire focus should be economy and leveling speed.
Important principles from this guide:
• Spend all skill points on economy, never on military early
• If you cannot upgrade the next economic skill yet, save the points
• Start companies in this order
limestone → concrete → iron → steel
This makes you self sustainable, meaning you are not dependent on the market to upgrade companies.

Build company 1 → upgrade to Automatic Engine 3
Build company 2 → upgrade to Automatic Engine 3
Build company 3 → upgrade to Automatic Engine 3
Upgrade the first three companies to Automatic Engine 4

• staying full economy
• switching to hybrid economy/military
• converting into a full military account
Early Game Money Strategy
A very important early game rule that many beginners ignore:
You should sell almost everything.
Keep only:
• Steel
• Concrete
These are needed for building and upgrading companies.
Loot boxes are basically gambling early game and you do not need equipment yet.
If you open boxes for missions:
• grey / green / blue items → scrap them
• keep some scrap for missions
• purple or better items → sell them for profit
TRADING IS ONLY POSSIBLE FROM LVL 7
So you are fighting without equipment, because you sell that all the time.
