Most players open a few cases and pray. I opened 26,920. The math had every chance to put me in my place, and it didn’t.
The stats were generated yesterday, 18/10/2026.
Openings: 26,920 (26,834 Green, 8 Elite, 78 Wooden)
Gear Cases opened: 26,842 (Rank #114)

At this volume, luck is supposed to wash out. The law of large numbers pulls everyone back to the average, and with 26,000+ openings the casual gambler’s fantasy of a lucky streak is dead. I sit at the extreme top end of the distribution, ahead on Gold and ahead on high-tier drops.
If I had sold every case unopened, I would have made about 105,149.5 Gold.
Opening them returned 110,721.0. Opening beat selling by more than 5,500 Gold.
Note: red cases opening for me is average, wooden cases below average (unlucky)
Luck below average? Keep opening.
Luck above average? Keep opening.
The odds only reveal themselves over volume. A bad streak is just the stretch before the average catches up, and a good streak is a reason to keep going. Either way, the end result is the same: OPEN.
