All proposals are subject to change, will be lengthy debates within congress for each proposal but will do my best to keep them as close to what is described as possible.
Economics : Ireland should attempt to replicate the CAMEL plan next month, heavily reliant on SR location. Explore more fun ways to get people to donate. Leverage our preexisting tools, several nations already inquiring about purchasing our tax calculator.
Defence : Continue Tal's current MU overhaul. New guides as a joint-effort with Education department. Escalate the Pun war.
Foreign Affairs : New round of ambassador applications. Complete documents surrounding intelligence and information.
BEER : Help fill the leadership void. Alliance is in desperate need of a new foundation with the completion of it's charter and core systems. Ireland is primed to help fill that void.
Education : Full department overhaul. Bring in a new team to help construct guides. New players keep making the same mistakes over and over again or are left without guidance.
Internal Affairs : Retirement of the role with duties split between several departments. I feel it is too tied with the Steward to exist upon its own
New ministries : Introduction of Ministries of Fun and Innovation (tech bois).
Journalism and Recruitment : To be split into 2 separate departments,
Kuwait : Finalise the integration plans, do not let the bois who went over there fend for themselves.
Medals : A fun idea, mixture of recognition of accomplishment, a goal to shoot for and encouragement of player activity.
Misc : Adding some Irish flair, making the name WarÉire official (Cmon, it's too good not to use. etc, etc,

Conclusion
I can not promise you things will be perfect, there will be challenges and there will be failures. But what I can promise is that we will do our best and have some craic while doing it, cuz at the end of the day that's why we are all here.
Ireland is at a pivotal moment, we cannot afford to stand still. We need to take action on all fronts, especially player recruitment, player retention and BEER unity. I can promise that these will be my top priorities. I fear this is an opportunity we will not get again.
