Suggestion: One way to limit artificial player influxes used to suppress unrest would be to put a cost on switching countries for example, charging for example 100 Gems to change your country if u ask why 100 Gems either be active and earn them or get them trough a supporting the game option with a 7-day cooldown, similar to how skill changes currently work. This would discourage mass, on-demand troop imports purely to crush unrest and make foreign intervention a real commitment rather than a free lever.
