This month the Vatou's project get 1 year of beta and amid internal craziness, I written down major moves from Brazil, as community, along the game, as a map for newcomers and to report veteran harassment amid some of these .
May curious players use it to understand some dynamics, I dunno, just posting.
In this article we present the 2025 geopolitical history of Brazil.

BRAZIL'S GEOPOLITICAL HISTORY
IN THE INTERNATIONAL GAME
Alpha Version
There was no Brazilian community, but there was Uruguay. Dozens of players.
Beta Version
The French are the largest community, in the first week of the beta they have their empire, but...
Uruguay 🇺🇾 annexes Brazilian regions (without players).
Uruguay helps Latin countries get "baby booms", the first Brazilian players arrive in the game. — there are articles detailing the Uruguay-Brazil relationship.
Brazil joins the (Latin) alliance CoS (Covenant of Salvation).
— in short, the Latinos became the largest group on the server, battling mainly against European groups (France being the largest of them).
Latin/Brazilian expansion campaign (World War between continents).
Brazil annexes Suriname (against France).
Brazil annexes French Guiana (against France).
Brazil reaches Europe, annexing France (except★ Paris), the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Iceland, Norway, essentially wiping the floor with everyone, with the help of the Latinos.
At the end of May, Brazil loses its first front in Europe, breaking weeks of undefeated victories.
Belgium (French proxy) recovers its capital from the Brazilians.
France recovers a region.

France 🇫🇷 issues an ultimatum demanding the return of Cayenne (French Guiana) as a ceasefire condition. Brazil denies★ the demand.

The (European) GC bloc dissolves, after Ñ.
Brazil recovers Campo Grande (core) and ★ attacks France in French Guiana and fails.

Brazil opens a revolution in São Paulo and begins its war of independence on September 7th.

Over Paraguay's claim, Brazilians attempt to takeover Moldavia as retaliation against Romania.
Poland and France declare war on Germany and occupy it, Brazil and Italy help the aggressors.
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Italy, and Poland form the PABLO bloc, under Brazilian leadership.
The CULO bloc is formed, among its members, Spain, Portugal, and Romania (ICDP).

Brazil attacks the Canary Islands (Spain), fails.
France transfers French Guiana and Brazil counter-attacks the Spanish occupying France.
Brazilian campaigns against the Spanish, starting from the French regions, annexing and trying to reach Madrid. Failing.
In an eventual peace negotiation, Brazil only demands the local government of Paraguay since it occupied the region and its offer is denied.
Negotiations fail and the world war persists.
Brazil, Argentina, and Chile leave the PABLO bloc. Argentina announces the dissolution of the PABLO bloc. The CULO bloc arbitrates victory and also dissolves itself.

Just as the feed/events tab can be confusing, because seeing "Country X attacked Country Y" does not show the details and motivations of the players, it is recommended to use this history as a general overview.
