Germany Holds the Line as Portugal Splits a Brutal Day

https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7fb's biggest push of the week broke against https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79c's defenses just after midnight, a marathon fight that closed at 465.7 million to 438.4 million in https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79c's favor. The margin was thin for a battle that size, and the front reopened within hours as https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79c and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7fb traded blows again before dawn.

https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7aa had the rougher ride. It out-fought https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f25 228.6 million to 218.7 million in one of the day's two other mega-battles, only to be turned back by https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac84e 113.4 million to 88.6 million less than a day later. https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7aa stayed busy on other fronts too, declaring war on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac848 and shuffling a handful of small regions in and out of its hands around the Caribbean and West Africa.

https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af160f edged out https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15fd 53.6 million to 33.7 million in the day's other marquee clash, and the war map got noticeably busier besides: https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f1f declared on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac82f, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac8c4 declared on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac862, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac8da declared on https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15bb, and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac899 and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac8b5 each opened fronts of their own — https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac8b5 declaring right back on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7f8 within the hour.

Bosnia's Government Survives a One-Day Uprising

A revolution broke out in https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac80e shortly after sunrise and was over by evening, with the sitting government holding onto power — a dramatic footnote to a day already dominated by https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac80e's own unrest on the front pages.

Alliance recruiting kept pace: https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15bd joined https://app.warera.io/alliance/6a2965afbc253b28fcf0d1c7, and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac84b signed on with https://app.warera.io/alliance/6a9622a618801a8c9c6fbb5f. A wave of defensive pacts formed — https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac86ewith both https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5ef3 and https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f43, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac84b with https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac848, https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1612 with https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b2 — while older ones snapped elsewhere, including https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7ae and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac82c, and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7ac losing both its pact with https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15b9 and with https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac8a3.

Leadership shuffled quietly at the top of two governments: https://app.warera.io/user/69761cc7140a97730168552a took over as https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7fb's new Defence Minister, and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac865's ruling party dissolved to none after the https://app.warera.io/party/6990703a045f90d97978b49c lost its grip on power.

Ukraine Sells Russia's Captured Capital to Latvia

The day's most striking transfer: https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac865 sold https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac868's own capital region to https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7c0 for 101, cashing out a trophy piece of occupied territory rather than holding onto it.

https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f79 had an outsized day as Country of the Day, pulling in 15,500 coins — not from one or two big donors, but from nine separate countries chipping in: https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7c0, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7a4, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac832, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac84b, https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15d9, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac84e, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac85f, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac82c and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac852 — an unusually broad show of support for one country.

Elsewhere, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7ba doubled down on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac80e with 15,000 combined across two transfers on the very day of its uprising, while https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af160f kept pulling in support from https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac802, https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79a and https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f4c, and a string of small region trades changed hands — from https://app.warera.io/region/6813b7039403bc4170a5d6a2 moving between https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79e and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7f2 to scraps swapped between https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15c9 and https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1609.

Best Countries to Work In (Production Bonus vs. Income Tax, ranked by net effective bonus):

https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af160f's gross lead carries straight through to the net figure, well clear of https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7f2 in second — though https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f31's low 6% tax rate keeps it within half a point of https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac82f despite a six-point gap in gross bonus.

Best Region by Tradeable Item:

Fish and grain both resolved cleanly today, landing on https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af15c5's Eastern Iceland and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac880's North Island respectively. Mysterious Plant's three ranked candidates — Battambang, Burundi and Comoros — matched none of the currently active deposits, and livestock's three ranked candidates — Mauritius, Zambia's Luapula and Iran's Tehran — fared the same, so both rows are flagged inconsistent rather than presented as confirmed.
