Spain defeated Guinea-Bissau 67.8 million to 57.5 million in a big battle, extending its recent run of dominant performances. Guatemala kept expanding on every front, beating Mongolia (2.5M to 389K) and then declaring war on Latvia the same night — its latest target after weeks of near-constant winning.

After an extraordinary run of victories, Serbia suffered a rare defeat, losing to Malta (4.2M to 10.1M) — its first loss in recent memory after four straight wins just a day earlier. South Korea beat Japan again (7.3M to 643K), continuing its unbeaten streak, and Ukraine beat Turkiye in a lopsided fight (3.8M to 487K).

The day's biggest active fight remained Poland vs Iran, now at 364.8 million live damage, with Lithuania and Egypt leading Poland's coalition and Germany and Portugal anchoring Iran's defense across multiple battles. The alliance rivalry race also had a shakeup: B.E.E.R vs The Inglourious Basterds reclaimed the top spot at 4.77 billion combined damage, narrowly passing ATLAS vs Reservoir Dogs (4.72 billion) — though the latter remains far more frequent, now at 51 battles. A newer rivalry, ATLAS vs The Olive Union, has already exploded to 2.22 billion across 18 battles in just two days.

East Timor left The Federation alliance, continuing the steady exodus that's been thinning that group's ranks for days. Lebanon elected a new president, Cardinal_Messi, the only leadership change of the day.

Senegal and Costa Rica also both left their respective alliances (SAS Alliance and Steppes Horde) on the same day. Spain signed a fresh pact with Brazil, and Vatican added Lebanon as a new partner.

Several smaller pacts rounded out the day, including Angola-Guinea-Bissau, Vietnam-Eritrea, Armenia-Madagascar, and Hungary-Belgium. Peace was also made between Yemen and Georgia, and DR Congo and Burundi.

Poland kept its own steady support network active too, with Egypt, Latvia, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Lithuania all sending funds. Guatemala received backing from El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua as it opened new fronts on the battlefield.

It was another very active day for exploration, with more than 30 new resource deposits discovered across the map — one of the busiest days yet.
