This Behörde is aware that no revolts whatsoever have so far taken place in your territories. We thank you sincerely for this.
Vorsorge must nevertheless be taken. Experience shows that Erhebungen are rarely announced in advance — and where they are, usually too late, in the wrong form, and without an Aktenzeichen. This is to be prevented.
Please complete the attached Formular as a precaution and retain it. Should a Revolte occur, you will be prepared. Should no Revolte occur, the Formular is to be retained regardless (Aufbewahrungsfrist: 5 years).
