Implement long-term strategic plans to ensure lasting stability and sustainable growth.
Guarantee justice and equal treatment for all citizens, rewarding everyone according to their efforts.
Encourage investment and new projects to strengthen the national economy.
Build strong alliances and friendly relations with other nations to serve Libya's interests.
