This has not been done legally and several voting-slave accounts have been found guilty and banned due to this:

What is the purpose of banning botted secondary accounts if the main account remains intact and in power? He basically achieved his goal with the cheating and will just bot new accounts up and continue cheating.
Please do justice, revert the elections and ban the already proved guilty infractor.
