Introduction
Hello everyone, it's me again. Since the previous post, nearly 500 players shared their thoughts, frustrations, and suggestions.
This survey wasn’t about drama or pointing fingers. It was about understanding where the game stands and what the community believes should be improved next.
The results give us a clear picture of what matters most to players right now.
Below you’ll see how players prioritized different systems, along with analysis and potential actions moving forward.
Core Community Insights

This chart shows the single system each player believes needs the most improvement.
Most players are focused on core systems like the economy and war mechanics.
Moderation and onboarding are also important concerns, but the strongest signal is about gameplay balance and long-term sustainability.
Interestingly, politics ranked lowest, which suggests that the players are overall satisfied with the most recent update, which we will touch further below.
This gives us a clear direction moving forward.

To measure overall satisfaction, players were asked to rate the game on a scale from 1 to 10.
A total of 468 community members participated. The full breakdown was:
1 = 5 players
2 = 0 players
3 = 12 players
4 = 6 players
5 = 22 players
6 = 47 players
7 = 127 players
8 = 172 players
9 = 56 players
10 = 21 players
What stands out immediately is where most of the community sits: 7 and 8. Together, those two scores represent the clear majority of responses. That tells us something important, players are not frustrated or disengaged. The overall feeling is solid and positive.
At the same time, the relatively smaller number of 9s and 10s suggests there is still room to grow. The community sees value, enjoys the experience, but also believes improvements can push the game into truly exceptional territory.
The final average lands at 7.34 a strong result, and a clear signal that while satisfaction is high, expectations remain even higher.
Community Engagement Behavior

This chart illustrates how long current players have been part of WarEra.
A significant portion of the community surveyed consists of newer members, reflecting recent growth and active onboarding.
At the same time, a steady segment of longer-term players remains, providing continuity and experience within the player base.

When asked how many hours they spend on WarEra each day, the majority of players reported moderate but consistent engagement.
40.4% play 1–2 hours daily, making it the most common commitment level.
26.6% spend 2–4 hours per day, representing a highly active segment of the community.
17.2% play for less than one hour daily, reflecting casual participation.
15.7% dedicate more than four hours per day, forming the most committed group of players.
Taken together, the results show a community that is steadily engaged, with most players investing at least one hour per day in the game.
Political Parties Update
When asked how they feel about the recent political parties update, the overall response trends clearly positive.
45.1% of players described their reaction as Positive, forming the largest segment.
16% reported feeling Very Positive, reinforcing a strong base of clear approval.
34% selected Neutral, indicating that a significant portion of the community remains reserved or is still evaluating the changes.
A small minority expressed dissatisfaction, with Negative and Very Negative responses making up only a limited share of total feedback.
When asked whether recent updates have improved the game, the overall sentiment leans clearly positive.
40.2% of players answered Yes, expressing direct approval of the changes.
37.9% selected Somewhat, indicating moderate but still favorable sentiment.
14.3% responded Not sure, suggesting a portion of the community is still evaluating the long-term impact.
A smaller share selected No, reflecting limited outright disagreement.
Taken together, the results show that a strong majority of the community views the recent updates as either clearly or partially beneficial, while only a minority remains unconvinced.
Balance & Fairness
When asked whether the game feels fair and balanced, most players leaned toward a generally positive assessment.
62.8% responded Mostly, suggesting that while not perfect, the current balance is viewed as acceptable by a large majority.
23.8% answered Yes, expressing full confidence in the game’s fairness.
13.4% selected No, representing a smaller but notable group with concerns about balance.
Overall, the results indicate that most players feel the game is functioning fairly, though there remains space for refinement to address remaining frustrations.
Perceptions of developer responsiveness show a more divided but still moderately positive outlook.
50.2% believe feedback is listened to Sometimes, indicating cautious but present confidence.
31.9% answered Yes, suggesting a solid base of trust in communication and responsiveness.
10.6% selected Rarely, while 7.2% responded No, reflecting a minority who feel their input has limited impact.
Taken together, the data shows that while a majority believes feedback is at least occasionally considered, there remains a meaningful portion of the community that would like to see stronger and more consistent engagement, an issue that is already receiving focused attention.
Community Pulse
We went through every open-ended response, and one thing stands out immediately:
You’re not here just for mechanics.
You’re here for each other.
By far the most common theme was community — teammates, country coordination, chat interactions, shared strategy, and the people you log in to play with every day.
Right behind that were things like:
Representing your country
The economy and politics systems
The strategic depth of the game itself
WarEra isn’t just a strategy simulator. It’s a social battleground. A coordination game. A place where rivalries, alliances, and teamwork actually matter.
On the frustration side, the tone was very different — but equally clear.
The most common themes weren’t “this game is bad.”
They were:
Wanting more depth
Wanting better or clearer mechanics
Concerns around moderation and player behavior
A desire for stronger balance and refinement
In other words — expectations are high.
Most frustrations don’t come from people who don’t care.
They come from people who care a lot and we want to let them know that we are listening.
Closing Statement
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share feedback. The responses provide a clear picture of where the community feels strong and where improvements are still expected.
The results show that WarEra’s biggest strength remains its community and strategic depth. At the same time, areas such as balance, system refinement, and communication continue to be closely watched by players.
Feedback like this is valuable because it helps identify priorities and recurring concerns. Several of the topics raised, particularly around moderation and economy are already under review and actively being worked on.
Constructive input is what allows the game to evolve. The conversation will continue, and updates will follow.
