CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN

We are The People of Bahrainian, The People Who Chosen to Board The Nemesis of Earth, or known as The World of WarEra, in order to form a more perfect Kingdom, establish Neutrality and Free Country, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote happiness for every individual, and secure the Blessings of Freedom to ourselves, do ordain and establish this Consitution For The Kingdom Of Bahrain resided in The Nemesis of Earth.

SECTION I - FORM AND SOVEREIGNITY

  1. The Kingdom of Bahrain shall be a monarchy-democracy state, with the form of a Kingdom.

  2. Sovereignity is vested by the Order and implemented pursuant to the Constitution and highest Order at the time.

  3. The Kingdom of Bahrain is a Free Country with limited strain that encouraged by Highest Order based on the Constitution.

SECTION II - ORDERS AND SENATES

  1. The King https://app.warera.io/user/69f1ecf08fac02fe66949960 is the Absolute Order in Bahrain, followed by Prime Minister and Ministry elected by The King himself, with Senate and Supernova assistance.

  2. Highest Order is the ruler of Bahrain that chosen under periods where The King as Absolute Order is the default holder of the Highest Order, where if The King under circumstances cannot ruling Bahrain, Highest Order goes to Prime Minister elected by Bahrainian supervised by Supernova and Senates at the time.

  3. If the Highest Order is the Prime Minister, during the periods Prime Minister has rights to elect Ministers; Minister of Economy, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, where Prime Minister should choose one Bahrainian that capable to do his tasks like how Prime Minister does when The King hold the Highest Order, such roles called Vice Prime Minister.

  4. Circumstances that can be the reason to impeach the Highest Order (include The King); less active/inactivity due to business in other reality, incapability to manage The Kingdom, overseas business, abandoning Position, or disobey Constitution (excluded The King).

  5. The Senates tasked to create, accept, or reject laws for Bahrain goodsake, including impeach Prime Minister.

  6. The Senates should be consist with at least minimum 60% (sixty percent) member from Supernova (and active), if The Kingdom Senates not filled with at least 60% members from Supernova, current Senates preferred to secure Kingdom assets to the trusted partner AT LEAST 80% (eighty percent) of the current assets (exclude transfer cost).

SECTION III - AMANDMENTS

  1. Amandments are Constitution that changed due to laws written in the past not fit Bahrain goodsake at the time.

  2. Amandments should be done with Senates, Supernova members, Bahrainian, and Highest Order at the time to be presents.

SECTION IV - FOREIGN AFFAIRS

  1. The Kingdom of Bahrain followed by Supernova don't have any master to obey

  2. Any decision to join any alliance should be discussed with Highest Order, Senates, and Supernova members present at the time.

  3. The Kingdom of Bahrain should not to interrupt, join, attack, defend, or support resistance in any part of Pan-Arabic, Iran, and Turkish sphere.

  4. Any offer for Special Resources rent should be discussed internally where Highest Order, Senates, and Supernova member presents at the time.

  5. Any wrongdoings resulted with affairs dilemma should be solved respectfully with peaceful way.

SECTION V - ILLEGAL TAKEOVER

  1. Any Illegal Takeover should be solved without mercy, Bahrain is ours and obey no masters.

  2. If Bahrain situation at the time under coup, current Senates should transfer assets to the trusted partner AT LEAST 75% (seventy five percent) assets of total assets (exclude transfer cost).
