CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN (🇧🇭 Official)

The Kingdom of Bahrain shall be a monarchy-democracy state, with the form of a Kingdom.

Sovereignity is vested by the Order and implemented pursuant to the Constitution and highest Order at the time.

The Kingdom of Bahrain is a Free Country with limited strain that encouraged by Order based on the Constitution.

Highest Order is the ruler of Bahrain that chosen under periods where The King as Absolute Order is the default holder of the Highest Order, where if The King under circumstances cannot ruling Bahrain, Highest Order goes to Prime Minister elected by Bahrainian supervised by Supernova and Senates at the time.

Highest Order has rights to elect Ministers to help government work during the periods; Prime Minister, Minister of Economy, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, where if The King as Highest Order under circumstances cannot ruling The Kingdom of Bahrain, Prime Minister has right to has same rights as Highest Order, where Prime Minister as Highest Order should elect one person as Vice Prime Minister that has similar role to the Highest Order (or Prime Minister when The King is present) that capable to act as the second Order of The Kingdom of Bahrain.

Circumstances that can be the reason to impeach the Highest Order (include The King); less active/inactivity due to business in other reality, incapability to manage The Kingdom, or overseas business, abandoning or exchanging Position, or disobey Constitution.

The Senates tasked to create, accept, or reject laws for Bahrain goodsake, including impeach Prime Minister.

The Senates should be consist with at least minimum 60% (sixty percent) member from Supernova (and active), if The Kingdom Senates not filled with at least 60% members from Supernova, current Senates should transfer the account to the trusted funding AT LEAST 80% (eighty percent) (exclude transfer cost).

The Ministers are professionals elected by Highest Order at the time to help government works, where The Ministers has rights to create branch related to their tasks maximum 2 (two) branches, and assistant maximum 2 (two) persons, under Supernova assistance and Senate approval during the periods.

The Ministers has rights to elect as Senates if the Bahrain population under 158 (one hundred and fifty eighth) person.

The Ministers; Minister of Defense, Minister of Economy, Minister of Foreign Affairs, are responsible for specific area of governance mandated to each Minister.

Amandments are Constitution that changed due to laws written in the past not fit Bahrain goodsake at the time.

Amandments should be done with Senates, Supernova members, Bahrainian, and Highest Order at the time to be presents.

Regions are lands, water, and air assets under Bahrain governance, where Core Region located in Bahrain.

Expansions are power manuver to expand Bahrain governance to foreign states, by invading or renting the lands, where the purpose for Bahrain goodness.

Any plan for expansions (invade/rent) should be supervised by Highest Order and/or Prime Minister (or Vice Prime Minister if Prime Minister is the Highest Order) with Senates approval.

Resources are assets that discovered during period of times, where there is two type of resources, Core Resources (or used to be called Resources) and Special Resources.

Any offer for Core Resources rent supervised by Minister of Economy, while Special Resources need Highest Order, Supernova, and Senates presents at the time.

If Core Resources located in Bahrain core region, any offer to rent Core Resources should be rejected, while Special Resources should has Senates approval.

The Kingdom of Bahrain followed by Supernova don't have any master to obey

Any decision to join any alliance should be discussed with Highest Order, Senates, and Supernova members present at the time.

The Kingdom of Bahrain should not to interrupt, join, attack, defend, or support resistance in any part of Pan-Arabic and Middle East (exclude Cyphrus, Comoroos, and Djibouti).

The Kingdom of Bahrain should stated State of Affairs at the time every period of governance minimum two times.

Any wrongdoings resulted with affairs dilemma should be solved respectfully with peaceful way.

Any Illegal Takeover should be solved without mercy, Bahrain is ours and obey no masters.

If Bahrain situation at the time not benefit or good with illegal takeover almost caught Bahrain, current Senates should transfer the account to the trusted funding AT LEAST 70% (eighty percent) (exclude transfer cost).
