Core Non-Aggression Pact (NAP)

After big efforts, months of fighting, we finally closed the NAP between Iraq and Iraq's allies and Kuwait, you can find the terms below.

1- Non-Aggression & Core Protection

All five parties agree not to attack or invade the Core Regions of any other signatory. No party may sell, transfer, cede, gift, or otherwise voluntarily hand over any of its Core Regions to a third party. If a third-party gains control of a Core Region belonging to any signatory and uses that region to attack another signatory, the original owner must immediately initiate a rebellion or equivalent action to reclaim that Core Region.

2- Duration

This NAP takes effect upon mutual agreement by all five parties. The agreement remains valid until November 30, 2026, at 23:59 UTC. The agreement is binding upon all five parties for its entire duration and cannot be terminated, withdrawn from, or cancelled early by any individual party. The NAP expires automatically at the end of the stated period unless all five parties mutually agree to extend or renew it.

3- Violations & Penalties

A violation of this agreement occurs if any party: Initiates an attack against another signatory's Core Regions. Voluntarily sells, transfers, cedes, gifts, or otherwise hands over a Core Region to a third party. Fails to immediately initiate a rebellion or equivalent action when required under Section 1. Directly attacks another signatory's Core Regions before the agreement has officially expired. Contractual Penalty For each individual violation of this agreement, the violating party must pay a contractual penalty of 5,000 BTC to the affected signatory. Each separate breach shall be treated as an independent violation and may result in a separate 5,000 BTC penalty. The payment obligation does not remove or otherwise excuse the violating party's obligation to comply with the remaining provisions of this agreement.
