Welcome to a new article by Dino, the investigative and travel journalist. Here, I will explain how the rules are being broken, and how those who are supposed to enforce these rules are actively participating in abuses, using their moderator positions to protect players who violate the laws.

6. Taking Over and Misuse of State/Military unit assets
Political Take Overs (PTOs) are permitted, but misusing it to extract a country's resources for personal/another country's gain, to damage the country or to intentionally distort market conditions is a punishable offense, which will include fines, bans, and removal from government roles. This goes for Military Units as well.
Therefore, J'accuse:
Accused Number One: Babo aka Babic proxy president of Bosnia, who arrived some two months ago from Serbia, poses as Bosnian, probably would look for Neum at North in map.

Babo will negate that he is proxy, as hard as he can. On other hand aliBabo and his 40 thieves will use any opportunity to call out other's who will not donate to Bosnia so it can be used for Serbia's purposes, or fight Serbia's battles as TRAITORS. When i compare him to well known proxy, or his propaganda to that of dark eras, i get banned because he is being shielded by another moderator. But that is not subject.
Accused Number Two: Hxeo – the moderator, the man, the legend... or so he thinks. Hxeo is the ex-president of Serbia, the grey eminence who is still pulling the strings from the shadows. He is the person who personally installed the puppet leader to where he is right now, organizing everything with him behind the scenes.

The real problem and absolute conflict of interest arise from the fact that hxeo is a moderator. His only job should be to enforce the rules fairly, not to abuse his position and power to protect rule-breakers.
The Evidence of Breaking Rule Number 6:
In the pictures above, you can see the official transfer decision alongside the actual transaction log. The Bosnian proxy government executed this transfer of 1,300 gold specifically to pour into and boost the Government of Serbia.These are not rumors, gossip, or circumstantial evidence. These are undeniable, ironclad proofs of systematic abuse, fully orchestrated by a moderator.
We, the true citizens of Bosnia, will not allow our homeland to be used as a shield and a resource generator for Serbia's abuses. Even though we currently lack the political power to remove this PTO, we refuse to stay silent, and we can and will warn the public about these actions.
I call upon the Admins to react immediately and punish the perpetrators. I ask the community to upvote this article, boost it, and share it with others so everyone can see what true corruption looks like. And honestly, where else would you see it better than here in the Balkans?

The "Greater Serbian Hegemony" Request:
Look at this screenshot.
A player named "woop" literally wrote in his citizenship application:
"Dolazim da pomognem i podstaknem velesrpsku hegemoniju u Bosni i Hercegovini" (Translated: "I am coming to help and promote Greater Serbian hegemony in Bosnia and Herzegovina").
And guess what? The proxy government clicked "Accepted" immediately! They are not even trying to hide their real motives anymore.
