PRESS RELEASE

Coucke Industries confirms that it is entering a period of restructuring in response to wartime pressures and the wider needs of the country.

As part of this restructuring, the company will reduce its workforce by 67%.

The measure is intended to align company operations with current national demands and ensure long-term continuity under exceptional circumstances.

Coucke Industries fully supports Belgium during this difficult period and reaffirms its commitment to the nation.

As part of this restructuring, four companies within the group will close, while the remaining operations will be consolidated around strategic defense-related production in support of national needs.

Marc Coucke commented:

“These are difficult decisions, but they are necessary. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has worked for Coucke Industries. Any employee affected by this reduction may use me as a reference when seeking their next opportunity.

I am also grateful for the trust placed in me as a member of Congress. I will lead by example and do my part in service of Belgium during this critical time.”

Coucke Industries thanks all current and former employees for their dedication, service, and contribution.
