On a countries page you can view their total cash on hand as well as their inventory. The inventory is not included in wealth rankings, but visible and calculatable. On the other hand, countries can also have ridiculously priced open orders, which do not show on the country screen as either inventory or cash. Countries use this to hide their real wealth.
If we include these open orders - these are the wealthiest countries in the world as of right now:

Now, South Africa has transferred 35k to our allies in 2 weeks despite only newly having increased income. Poland on the other hand, have noticeably been lacking in damage and transfers to our mutual allies, despite having a long term concrete monopoly. This while they hide 70k in orders. Is this how Poland treats it's allies?
