The tides of war have shifted, and the shadows of our enemies now stretch across the globe.

Our allies in Turkey and Argentina have been pushed back to the brink, surviving now as mere echoes of their former glory. In Europe, Portugal and Spain have risen from the ashes, reclaiming their sovereign lands with a vengeance.
In the Americas, the threat has turned catastrophic. Venezuela has broken its chains in a series of record-breaking battles, surging across the map to occupy USA, our once strong ally. Venezuela now have the third highest tax income in the world, and are now poised to fund a long and brutal campaign against us.

Our European Allies are crumbling. The Netherlands are facing total erasure, fighting a desperate retreat toward their core territories, while Belgium has seen its hard-won influence stripped away. Italy survives, with Germany on their doorstep. Behind much of this coordination stands a resurgent Germany and Venezuela, the majority of damage behind our recent string of defeats.
Most of our allies still have their homeland, and amidst this darkness, Africa remains a beacon of hope. We are ready to defend the core territories of our allies, with the record incomes of Egyptian and South African factories assisting their efforts. But our sanctuary of income is under siege.

Portugal and Spain have already begun their descent into Northern Africa. They are gaining ground. If we do not halt their advance now, they will secure a border with Egypt, opening the floodgates for the total colonization of our continent. Venezuela and Portugal remember a time when they ruled Africa - and they are hungry to reclaim it.

South Africa and Egypt lay at risk – and with us – our allies. The era of passive growth is over. We can no longer afford the luxury of "perma-eco" play while our borders burn.
If we lose Africa, we lose the war. We lose it all. Stand firm, strike hard, and let the enemy know that while they may have pushed us back, they will not take us down so easily.
