Day 1 of asking moderators to start sanctioning chauvinism against Bosnian Serbs

Chauvinism is the unreasonable, exaggerated, and fanatical belief in the superiority of one's own group, country, or gender. It is characterised by a dismissive or prejudiced attitude toward anyone outside that group.

As seen by many, the game which should be perceived just as a game, started to form new forms of unhealthy amounts of nationalism and public mockery which of all are aimed at my brothers and sisters in Bosnia. For quite some time here we are witnessing various movements, hashtags, and articles about people within the Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are not represented by their real identity like Bosnian Serbs but by the term of "proxy", which immediately puts off their national identity, meaning and existence secondary to non-existence, immediately downplaying them.

I would like to ask the moderation team to reconsider how statements describing Bosnia and Herzegovina as a "Serbian proxy" are treated.

Regardless of one's political views, such descriptions ignore a fundamental constitutional reality: Serbs are not a foreign influence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, nor are they an external actor. They are one of the country's three constituent peoples and one of the groups that constitutionally form the state itself.

For the record, Bosnia and Herzegovina is country with three constitutive people Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats, also a country with two entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska, all regulated under international law.

The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina states:

Recalling the Basic Principles agreed in Geneva on September 8, 1995, and in New York on September 26, 1995, Bosniacs, Croats, and Serbs, as constituent peoples (along with others), and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby determine that the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is as follows:

Also as stated by European Convention about Human Rights, Article 14

Article 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights guarantees that the enjoyment of all rights and freedoms set forth in the Convention must be secured without discrimination on any ground, such as sex, race, color, language, religion, political opinion, national origin, property, or birth.

I also wanna remind everyone that Bosnian Serbs are free in choosing their own political direction. The friendly and brotherly relations come out naturally as it is in real life (nothing is forced upon by anyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina, esspecialy not upon gov members).

The Republic of Serbia is only making sure that Bosnia and Herzegovina is free from Croatian occupation and free in its political decisions.
