Hello.
I am very sure everybody reading this article already knows the animal I will talk about today. TRUST ME tho, there is much more to it than you think.

When we imagine tigers, most of us immediately think about a very big organge cat.
Which is not wrong at all!
But HOW big exactly?
Up to an astonishing almost 4 meters in lenght and 120cm in hight for 300kg of weight.
Still don't get it eh? Let me help you visualize it.

The one on the left is not a child by the way, it is a fully grown adult.
A big cat ideed.
Yet the size of a tiger is not even remotely its most astonishing feat.
You know tigers are strong right? Yeah.
But HOW strong exactly?
Well, strong enough to hunt and kill Grizzly bears.
Yes, Grizzly bears. I'll show you one right now.

Also strong enough to hunt and kill mooses.
Yes, mooses. I'll show you one right now.

TIGERS HUNT THESE THINGS.
Do you get the idea now?

Aren't they cute tho?
But as majestic as tigers can be, their immense capabilities are not why I choose them for this episode, in fact, there is a much a more dramatic thing that we fail to imagine when we conceive them.
Right now, Tigers are facing a critically dramatic conservation state, with only about 4000 individuals globally surviving in the wilds.
Illegal poaching and severe habitat fragmentation continue to drive apex populations toward extinction.
It is hard to imagine, but the tigers are even closer to extinction than the polar bears.
