Day 24. A Corporate Apology and the Struggle Continues.

Hello. It is Day 24 🇲🇿.

First of all, as a high-level executive of this company, I need to issue an official administrative apology to all the factory workers. The server recently went completely down. When I pulled the giant red switch in the basement on Friday, I might have caused what the tech guys are calling a "massive database corruption" because the computer machines weren't shut down using proper business protocols.

That is on me. I take full corporate ownership of this outage. It was a very powerful move, but maybe a little too powerful for the office wires.

However, do not think for a second that this means Vatou wins. The fight continues.

While the servers are completely dark and nobody can do a single finance, Vatou is stuck in the office trying to bring the backup systems online. He is currently surrounded by five different IT guys and looks like he hasn't slept since last week. I walked past his office door just now, looked him dead in the eye, and whispered, "Even when the power is off, the eyes of justice are on you, Vatou."

We are resetting the corporate landscape. Once those servers boot back up, he better have that Mozambique flag facing the right way, or I will find an even bigger switch to pull.

Now, I have to go buy an apology alcohol.
