The stapler strike is really starting to hurt Vatou's quarterly numbers. Today, someone opened the big window near the copy machine and a giant gust of wind blew all of his loose, unstapled spreadsheets right off his desk.
It was a total paperwork avalanche. Papers were flying everywhere, landing in the trash can and sticking to the wet floor. Vatou had to crawl on his hands and knees on the corporate carpet to collect his finances.
I stood over him, holding my heavy briefcase full of staplers, and said, "The wind of compliance blows hard, Vatou. Fix the Mozambique flag and you can have your office tools back." in my deep batman voice.
