Day 4 of a Newcomer

Today, I tried to hire some employees with a good salary.

My plan was simple: if they stayed for 5 days, their production bonus would make them profitable.

Well… 4 joined the factory, they worked, and they left. 💀

In real life, the boss makes money.

In this game, the employee makes money… and the boss loses it.

Maybe I need better employees. Or maybe I just need more money. 👀
