Hello. It is Day 40.
I was missing on Day 38 and Day 39 because Vatou executed an illegal corporate kidnapping. He trapped me down in the business factory basement beneath all the broken printers and old tax files.
It was a total hostage situation, but he underestimated my executive training. After forty-eight hours of intense physical and psychological warfare, I used a sharp edge on an old metal filing cabinet to pick the door lock, fought my way through the dark maintenance halls, and made a clean escape back to the main office floor.
I walked straight up to Vatou’s desk—dusty, tired, but completely undefeated.
I looked him right in his eyes and said, "A basement lock cannot keep a good business man down, Vatou. The Mozambique flag is STILL upside down, and my legal team will be reviewing this incident during the Q3 audit."
He almost dropped his mug. He thought he had bought himself some time, but I am back on the floor and the compliance drive is stronger than ever.
Now, I have to go buy a very long-overdue recovery alcohol.
