Hello. It is Day 46.
I stayed up all night reading more ancient warfare documents inside my briefcase. Sun Tzu taught us another critical lesson: "All warfare is based on deception." So today, I launched the ultimate deceptive corporate maneuver.
I walked up to Vatou’s desk holding a very shiny, official-looking certificate with a big fake gold seal on it and a bottle of alcohol. Shoutout to https://app.warera.io/user/6a08c4cd00808544f7993111 for the idea!
"Congratulations, Vatou," I announced loudly so the whole floor could hear. "The board of directors has awarded you Employee of the Month for Outstanding Administrative Excellence."
He looked suspicious, but his massive ego couldn't resist. He actually smiled, grabbed the gifts, and held them up to admire it.
He had no idea that I had printed the entire award document completely upside down.
As he stared at his inverted name and upside-down trophy icon, I leaned over his desk and whispered, "Doesn't feel very nice when something that should be right-side up is flipped the wrong way, does it? Fix the Mozambique flag."
The smile instantly vanished from his face. Total psychological defeat. He threw the frame straight into his trash can, but the lesson was delivered.
Deception complete. Victory is near.
Now, I have to go buy a deceptive alcohol.
