We have two massive, ground-shaking operational breakthroughs on the main floor today.

That is how real executive leadership operates. She saw the talent, she funded the account, and she has earned the right to be the new Boss of the entire business factory.
Which brings us to Phase Final: It is time to completely out Vatou.
I marched straight past Vatou’s messy desk, did a sharp pivot, and placed a brand-new org chart right on top of his coffee mug. MadoAlice’s name was printed in big golden letters right at the top, and Vatou’s name was crossed out in red ink.
"Pack your stapler, Vatou," I announced, adjusting my corporate coat to maximum height. "MadoAlice has upgraded my account to Premium, Gregorthy agrees with my audit, and your whole 'Are you from Mozambique?' defence has completely collapsed. Executive restructuring is here."
He stared at the chat log on his screen, realized his time was up, and slumped back in his chair. The new regime has arrived, and Vatou’s days are officially numbered.
Now, I have to go buy a Premium-tier executive celebration alcohol.
