https://app.warera.io/user/6a15aa71b857c8614573ed54 asked for two things on the economy planner. How long does it take to get a resource to its maximum, and what does that bring in production bonus and BTC? And who should move to which company to get more out of the crews? Both are on /economy now.

Every employee builds up a specialization in the good their company makes: one point of production bonus a day, up to 20. With Quick study it grows twice as fast, and the cap stays at 20. The game keeps the value per good, so an employee who goes back to a good they know picks up where they left off.
Open an employee on /economy and you see where they stand, for example "Cooked Fish: 8% now, 20% in 6 days. Then +10.1 PP and +1.09 BTC a day." Each company card adds it up for its crew.

The totals row shows what all your employees bring once they are fully specialized. The wage does not depend on the specialization, so that gain is profit.

Since v0.27.3 a move between your own companies costs nothing. The planner tries every move into a free seat and every swap between two of your companies. It keeps the moves that bring more over 30 days, with the specialization building up in the new good. Each move comes with its reasons: green speaks for the move, red against it.

Often the gain sits with someone who stays. Below the moves the page lists what changes for the employees who keep their seat. In the picture Bully gets a coworker in Stives Stiil. Bully also has the trait Bully, which adds 2 production points as soon as a coworker is there: +1.61 BTC a day. That is more than the +1.41 BTC a day the two moves bring together. The moves themselves cost a little, and Bully's gain carries them. The same trait costs every coworker 10 happiness, which is the red "Happiness -10" on Dawda Sonko.
Some employees stay where they are, and the page says why. Old friends and the other partner traits stay, because the data does not name the partner. Veteran, Diamond in the rough and Burnout stay, because the game does not say whether a move restarts their tenure. Employees with a tool only move to a company making the same good. Nobody is moved below the happiness at which they may quit. Lucky charm, Jinx and Trainer change luck and training for the coworkers. The page names them, but puts no BTC value on them.
That the specialization is kept per good comes from https://app.warera.io/user/69a74ba543bacf277582fe11's test on the dev server. Nobody has measured it on live yet. The effects of the coworker traits come from the game's configuration and are not measured either. If the numbers in the game differ from the planner, tell me, and I will correct them.
Thanks to Kronenbacher for the idea.

https://warera.unikhorne.dev/economy
