How to Make Fried Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1–2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add oil or butter and let it melt.
3. Crack the eggs into the pan carefully.
4. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until the whites are set.
5. If you like your yolk runny, don’t flip the egg.
If you want it fully cooked, flip it and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot.
Optional:
You can add cheese, vegetables, or spices for extra flavor.
